Shipping

Shipping costs and information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL or Deutsche Post. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

 

Shipping within Germany:

FFor shipping within Germany we ship free of charge .

With cash on delivery  we also charge a uniform fee of €8.60.

 

Shipping outside of Germany:

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight for the respective item on the detail page. If you are not satisfied with the shipping costs, please contact us by email (info@-rpg-tuning.de) and we will check whether the goods can be divided into several lighter packages. If this is possible, you will receive an individual offer for the goods and shipping costs.

Shipping costs within the EU member states:

• Parcel without tracking (0-1kg) = €0.00
• Parcel with tracking (0-1kg) = €6.99
• Parcel with tracking (1-2kg) = €9.99
• Parcel with tracking (2-15kg) = €13.99
• Parcel with tracking (15-31.5kg) = €44.99

 

Shipping costs specifically for Switzerland, Liechtenstein & the United Kingdom:

• Parcel without tracking (0-1kg) = €0.00
• Parcel with tracking (0-1kg) = €6.99
• Parcel with tracking (1-2kg) = €13.99
• Parcel with tracking (2-5kg) = €25.99
• Parcel with tracking (5-10kg) = €29.99
• Parcel with tracking (10-31.5kg) = €51.99

Shipping costs outside the EU member states:

• Parcel without tracking (0-1kg) = €0.00
• Parcel with tracking (0-1kg) = €6.99 
• Parcel with tracking (1-2kg) = €13.99
• Parcel with tracking (2-5kg) = €34.99
• Package with tracking (5-10kg) = €49.99
• Parcel with tracking (10-31.5kg) = €195.00

 

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes. Taxes (e.g. customs duties).
