A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not a citizen of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded is outside the European Union.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the cancellation takes effect or the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid contractual obligations as far as possible, make use of your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of cancellation for that as well.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
