Shipping costs and delivery times:
By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL or Deutsche Post . The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.
Shipping within Germany :
We ship free of charge for shipping within Germany . The usual delivery time is 1-2 working days .
In the case of cash on delivery, we also charge a standard fee of €8.60.
Shipping outside of Germany:
Our shipping costs are weight-dependent , you can see the shipping weight for the respective item on the detail page.
The shipping costs and delivery times in the various countries depend on the respective zone . Each country belongs to a shipping zone, which you can see in the table below.
All prices reflect actual DHL prices without any handling fee or similar. Less the costs we would bear if a German customer (free domestic shipping) orders. This means that all international shipments are partly paid for by us . For this reason we can offer you the best shipping prices.
All shipping rates are so-called DHL premium rates .
Premium means: Shipping is always the fastest way (similar to express shipping). Always with shipment tracking and adequately insured.
If you are not satisfied with the shipping costs, please contact us by email (info@-rpg-tuning.de) and we will check if the goods can be sent at a cheaper rate. If this is possible, you will receive an individual offer for the order.
