How are our products delivered?

National:We deliver our products to all countries in the world that can be supplied by DHL or Deutsche Post. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an e-mail from us with the delivery information.

The delivery takes place within Germanyfree shippingand usually takes about 2-4 business days.

International: All our international shipments will be shipped with the "priority mail remark". It takes about 2-5 days within the EU and 5-14 days outside of the EU (worldwide).

Shipping to EU-countries:

  • Free (no tracking information and not available for all products)
  • Priority Mail incl. tracking = 6,99€ (0-1kg)
  • Priority Mail incl. tracking = 9,99€ (1-2kg)
  • Priority Mail incl. tracking = 13,99€ (2kg + )

Shipping to non-EU-countries:

  • Free (no tracking information and not available for all products)
  • Priority Mail incl. tracking = 6,99€ (0-1kg)
  • Priority Mail incl. tracking = 13,99€ (1-2kg)
  • Priority Mail incl. tracking = 34,99€ (2kg + )
  • Other: Ask via E-Mail before order and we can check the best price for you, mostly there are other shipping options available

 

 

What if the item doesn't fit or I don't like something?

You have 14 days Time to decide if the item(s) is/are right for you. Refunds are made on the condition that the Item not damaged, soiled or altered are.You can find more information in ourRight of withdrawal

 

How do I return something?

1. Pack the itemsthat you want to return in the package.

2. Address the package to the following address:

3.You can drop off the package at all DHL, DPD and Hermes parcel shops and packing stations. Please note that the no return costs from usaccepted will. Raise the one on display return receipt please carefully until we confirm the return.

4.As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation and pay you back your purchase amount. If you have not yet paid for the items, your invoice will be reduced by the corresponding amount.
