Conditions of Participation

hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is organized exclusively in accordance with these conditions of participation.

Eligible Persons

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in the EU or Great Britain who have reached the age of 18 or are at least 16 years old and can provide permission from a person authorized to have a relationship. Participation is limited to customers and subscribers of the organizer.

Employees of the organizer and its affiliated companies as well as their family members are not eligible to take part in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude people from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example

a) in the event of manipulation in connection with the implementation of the competition,
b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,
c) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Participation in the competition takes place by tagging three different users under the competition post from the account @racingprojectgermany on the platform: Instagram
in the period January 27, 2024 to February 4, 2024

By announcing participation in the Instagram comments, the participant accepts these terms and conditions of participation. Participation is only possible until the closing date. Attempts to participate received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. The deadline for participation in the competition is February 4 , 2024 , 11:59 p.m. The electronically logged comment receipt in the above-mentioned Instagram post is used to check that the comments have been received on time.

Each submitted comment counts as a separate ticket with three different people per participant. For example: friend 1, friend 2, friend 3 - new comment - friend 4, friend 5, friend 6 etc.

Winning, notification and transmission of the win

The following prizes will be awarded:

​The winner will be determined after the closing date for participation in a random raffle among all participants. The winner of the raffle will be notified by the organizer by February 3rd, 2024 via Instagram story and Instagram private message. In the event of undeliverable notification, Promoter will have no obligation to investigate further and may select a new winner. If the winner does not respond within a week of being notified of the winner, the organizer is also entitled to choose a new winner.

The prize will be handed out immediately after the winner has been determined by DHL / Deutsche Post. An exchange or withdrawal of the winnings is not possible. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize (e.g. customs duties, sales tax) are borne by the winner and are not included in the prize.

End of the competition

The organizer expressly reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons and to adapt these conditions of participation.

data protection

To take part in the competition, you must provide personal data when handing over the prize. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular first name, last name, shipping address and email address, is truthful and correct.

The collection and processing of personal data serves to comply with legal retention requirements.

The participants' personal data will neither be passed on to third parties (except DHL / Deutsche Post) nor made available for their use without their consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to have his or her name published in the advertising media, social networks and websites used by the organizer. In addition, the participant agrees that the handover of the prize may be documented, saved and published in online media in the form of photos, sound and film recordings.

This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer's website and social media platforms.

The participant can receive information about their data stored by the organizer at any time, object to the use of their data and request that it be deleted.

A simple letter to Justin Utermann, Auf dem Kamp 33, 58455 Witten, Germany, or an email to info@rpg-tuning.de is sufficient. After consent is revoked, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.
